UK GDPR · Last updated September 2026What we collect
When you talk to Webera Reception or use this site, we process only what the conversation needs:
- Chat and voice transcripts — so enquiries reach the right person with their context attached.
- Contact details you give us — name, phone, email — used only to reply to you.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, aggregated; no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
Where it lives
This website, its data and its infrastructure are hosted in the United Kingdom. We don't sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers. Third-party processors (if any, such as our AI reception infrastructure) are contracted under UK GDPR terms and process data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry transcripts and contact details are kept only as long as they're useful — typically while we're in conversation with you, and no longer than 12 months unless you become a client, in which case contract records follow standard UK accounting and legal retention periods.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and object to processing. Email hello@webera.co.uk and we'll action it within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) — though we'd rather fix it first.
The formal bit
Webera is the data controller for this website. This page is a plain-English summary; it doesn't limit your statutory rights. Questions? hello@webera.co.uk.
