Terms, kept readable.
Last updated September 20261 · What these terms cover
These terms govern use of this website and any services Webera provides — websites, SEO, digital marketing, managed hosting and Webera Reception. Client engagements are additionally governed by a written proposal or contract, which takes precedence where the two differ.
2 · Quotes and payment
- Project work is quoted as a fixed price after a scoping conversation — no surprise hourly billing.
- Invoices are payable per the schedule in your proposal (typically a deposit to start, milestones thereafter).
- Managed hosting and reception services are billed monthly in advance; either side may end them with 30 days' notice.
3 · What we promise
- Work is delivered as scoped, and infrastructure we run is patched, monitored and backed up.
- Results we publish are measured ones. Where a number appears on this site, it comes from a real engagement.
- Uptime targets and response times for hosting/reception are stated in your service agreement.
4 · What we don't promise
We can't guarantee specific search rankings or conversion figures — anyone who does is guessing. We commit to the process, the measures and honest reporting of the numbers.
5 · AI reception
Webera Reception is an automated system. It is designed to qualify and route enquiries, and to hand off to a human where needed. It is not a person, and nothing it says constitutes professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions taken based on conversations with it, just as with any first point of contact.
6 · Liability
Our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under UK law.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about them: hello@webera.co.uk.
